I have misc. abscess'. I have very high pain tolerance in my mouth, so I have not taken care of these. also, I have four missing teeth in the front area, with a bridge connecting these teeth, my eye teeth the anchor. These teeth are not healthy either. they bleed often when brushing. my bottom teeth - I have an extreme abscess on my left lower, but feel no pain - just a large bump on the outside gum. I have three incidences of broken teeth/fillings. I guess you could say I am an accident already happening. right now, I know I have a root canal in progress, because the cold is really affecting the tooth on my right lower where a crown now exists. I understand that the root dying is an option that cannot go without more circumstances. I think i may have more that I let go. I have insurance under sunset station casino insurance. am thinking that maybe implants may be the answer to a person like me with so many problems

You should definitely come in as soon as possible. If not here, then just see any doctor. whether you are in pain or not.
An abscess is an infection, and having that many infections untreated in your body can cause major health concerns. All of the puss that is being generated is draining into your blood stream and can make you very sick, and if left untreated, the infection can spread. Infections can be fatal if left untreated so please have your mouth looked at.
Implants are a perfect solution to your problems because we can pull the bad teeth and replace them in the same visit with implants.

We are no longer doing public seminars. Now what we offer is a one-on-one screening. Please give us a call at (702) 220-5000, and we can setup a time that is convenient for you to come in and meet with our treatment specialists. They will go over everything that we would have covered in our seminar, only you can come in at your own leisure.

What is the differences between your center and clear choice dental? Is it technique?
A
The main difference between our office any any other office is experience. Our doctors have placed over 30,000 successful implants, we know how to place them, how to avoid complications and how to deal with complications if they do happen.
A lot of people can place implants, but very few people know what to do if those implants encounter complications.
We can also place implants in ANY situation. We have the knowledge and the experience to place implants where other doctors can't. Even if you have been told you are not a candidate for implants.

I am a candidate for full upper and lower implants. I will pay in cash and wonder what the range of cost is?
A
The price of a full mouth reconstruction can vary a lot, depending on how many implants you want, and whether or not you need to have bone grafting done (you most likely will).
If you come in for a consultation with a doctor, we can look at your individual case and offer you options and quotes that will fit your needs. And if you come to our free seminar we will give you your consultation for free (a $210 value).
That means that you can get a quote for all of your work for absolutely free.

Do you have an oral surgeon on staff? Do you accept Delta Dental premier for tooth extraction (w/broken root)?
Do you offer financing beyond the 12 month interest free?
A
Yes, we do accept Delta Dental, although without looking at your specific benefit package I wont know what your copay will be.
We have several financing options including capitol one and care credit.

I am researching providers for full denture implants. This of course would include extraction of existing teeth. Do you provide this complete level of service?
A
Yes we do, as a matter of fact, we can extract your current teeth, place implants, and provide you with an immediate temporary bridge in one visit.

Dr. Chen's hydraulic technique is more similar to Dr. Summer's osteotome technique than traditional lateral window technique.
I'm just wondering what advantages and disadvantages are between Dr. Chen's and Summer's procedures. Your response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is a good question. The main difference between Summer's Osteotome Technique, and the Hydraulic Sinus Condensing is this:
Summers technique uses a small hammer (osteotome) to crack the bone, and needs at least 4mm of original bone in order to safely perform this procedure, while HSC uses a drill to gently drill through the bone, and have no bone minimum. To read more about the difference please check out

If I send in my recent x-ray taken at the dentist's office and his notes. Would you be able to discuss the case over the phone, or do I absolutely have to go to your office in person for a consultation? I guess my question is whether I can make only 1 trip instead of 2 trips from Wisconsin to get my teeth fixed.

That is a very good question. If you have a recent panoramic x-ray, then we can most likely use that. Give us a call at (702)220-5000 and we can make arrangements to have you send it to us, so that we can look at your case.

I am missing two teeth,(beside both front teeth on both sides) i just wasn't born with them. How much would it cost for those two implants, and possibly beforehand to get my teeth whitened?
A
That depends on the health of your bone, the position of your sinuses, and whether or not anything needs to be done to the front middle teeth.
