• Important anatomical landmarks in maxillary sinus
• Discussion on various sinus elevation techniques available today
Lateral window approach
Internal sinus elevation using Osteotome techniques
Hydraulic sinus condensing
New/modified techniques using modern technology
• Pros and cons of different sinus elevation techniques
• Differentiation between techniques and instrumentations
• Techniques that can significantly reduce surgery time
• Diagnosis and management of sinus complications including taking floating implants out of sinus cavity, and how to prevent such events
